Shay brings 12 years of hands-on technology experience, including hardware diagnostics and repair, custom computer builds, networks, and on-site troubleshooting. Her background spans customer-facing IT, communications, and industrial environments—bringing a practical perspective to unusual challenges.
At Medley Solutions, she turns ideas, tricky parts, and everyday tech problems into practical solutions, working closely with clients through design, testing, and revisions. She’s also Shaxx’s assistant, treat supplier, and occasional photo-bombing victim.

Every good workshop needs a supervisor. Shaxx oversees security, conducts enthusiastic toy durability research, and provides paws-on support whenever morale needs a boost. As our Customer Retention Specialist, he gives visitors another reason to come back. He also makes sure no photo shoot goes unsupervised. Compensation includes treats, belly rubs, and regular nap breaks. Field research includes extensive sniff testing and collecting sticks nobody asked for.
